Giorgio El Grande Pierogies

El Grande24 each Giorgio Lightly Breaded Mini Nacho
   Jalapeno Pierogies, cooked
1 pound Cooked Ground Beef seasoned with
   1 pack of taco seasoning mix
1 bag Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
8 oz. Sour Cream
1-1/2 cups Diced Tomatoes
1 cup Diced Scallions
1/2 cup Black olives
1 -- 12 oz jars Salsa
1 head Iceberg Lettuce, shredded

 

  1. Place hot cooked pierogies in medium sized casserole dish. Top with cooked ground beef with taco seasoning mix and cheese.
  2. Bake in a 350°F oven for 7-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  3. Remove casserole from the oven and top with tomatoes, scallions, black olives, and sour cream.
  4. Serve with salsa on the side as a dip or on top.

Yield: 6 servings
