was recently recognized by the Albany YMCA for providing
property for the development of a community sports field
located adjacent to National's cold storage facility in
Albany, OR. Bill Kiewel, Albany Plant General Manager and
Jim Asleson, Executive Director of the Albany YMCA, began
the project in 1995. The field will allow the YMCA to
sponsor various sporting events and activities for the
community of Albany to participate in and enjoy.
