(Camp Hill, PA) - Economic updates and the latest technologies in customer contacts and transactions will be discussed at Tuesday's Consumer Services Conference being organized by the Energy Association of Pennsylvania. The Conference will be held on June 24, 2008 at the Radisson Penn Harris Hotel and Conference Center in Camp Hill, PA. AmeraCash Solutions Inc.(ASI), a leading payment processor for utility bill collections will be a sponsor for the conference. ASI plans to host a cocktail hour for networking following the conference that includes a drawing for a free Apple iPod. The annual event, in its 59th year, is tailored to middle-to-upper level management from PA's regulated electric and natural gas distribution companies. Issues discussed will include: customer services and relations, operations, training, call centers, complaints, legislative affairs, legal, regulatory affairs, compliance, customer accounting, revenue recovery and collections.
