Keeping the details of the program
under wraps has been challenging, but has added to
the excitement and anticipation of this worthwhile
and valuable initiative," Victoria Radabaugh at
Hershey Philbin Associates,
said. "We have been working with the Center for Independent Living of Central Pennsylvania for many years, and could not be more proud to launch and market this new program that will have a positive impact on people with disabilities, their families, friends and loved ones," Victoria Radabaugh, Senior Vice President of Hershey Philbin Associates, said. "We look forward to launching a communications campaign that will include a series of television commercials, communications materials and Internet marketing tools." According to Radabaugh, the program is generating a great deal of buzz in the mid-state. "We have invited hundreds of social and human service organizations as well as representatives from the disability community to the press conference. Keeping the details of the program under wraps has been challenging, but has added to the excitement and anticipation of this worthwhile and valuable initiative," Victoria Radabaugh at Hershey Philbin Associates, said. Created by the CILCP, the program has been a year in the making and was established by people with disabilities, for people with disabilities. It was developed to fulfill a critical need within the Central Pennsylvania region and will offer new opportunities to people with disabilities, many of which they may not have envisioned. O'Brien; Secretary of Public Welfare and Chair of the Governor's Cabinet for People with Disabilities Estelle Richman; Executive Director of CILCP Theotis W. Braddy; CILCP Board President Tucker Hill and consumers of CILCP's services.
