LIFE-CHANGING PROGRAM FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES WILL BE UNVEILED AT PRESS CONFERENCE

(Camp Hill, Pa.) - Hershey Philbin Associates, an integrated marketing communications firm, will launch a new, innovative program for people with disabilities on behalf of the Center for Independent Living of Central Pa. (CILCP). The details of the program are being kept highly guarded until the July 24, 2007 press conference at the Capitol Rotunda. At 11:00 a.m. CILCP executives as well as House Speaker O'Brien and Secretary of Public Welfare Estelle Richman will officially unveil what is being called a program that will change the lives of people with disabilities in the mid-state.

"We have been working with the Center for Independent Living of Central Pennsylvania for many years, and could not be more proud to launch and market this new program that will have a positive impact on people with disabilities, their families, friends and loved ones," Victoria Radabaugh, Senior Vice President of Hershey Philbin Associates, said. "We look forward to launching a communications campaign that will include a series of television commercials, communications materials and Internet marketing tools."

According to Radabaugh, the program is generating a great deal of buzz in the mid-state. "We have invited hundreds of social and human service organizations as well as representatives from the disability community to the press conference. Keeping the details of the program under wraps has been challenging, but has added to the excitement and anticipation of this worthwhile and valuable initiative," Victoria Radabaugh at Hershey Philbin Associates, said.

Created by the CILCP, the program has been a year in the making and was established by people with disabilities, for people with disabilities. It was developed to fulfill a critical need within the Central Pennsylvania region and will offer new opportunities to people with disabilities, many of which they may not have envisioned.

The press conference and unveiling will be held on Tuesday, July 24 at 11:00 a.m. in the Capitol Rotunda. Remarks will be provided by the Speaker of the Pa. House of Representatives Dennis M. O'Brien; Secretary of Public Welfare and Chair of the Governor's Cabinet for People with Disabilities Estelle Richman; Executive Director of CILCP Theotis W. Braddy; CILCP Board President Tucker Hill and consumers of CILCP's services.

The speakers will lead the celebration of this momentous victory for people with disabilities by unveiling the program, the brand and advertising campaign.
