The Center for Independent Living of Central Pa. (CILCP) will unveil a new, innovative program that will greatly affect the lives of people living with disabilities.

In addition to our growing list of speakers, we will also formally reveal this one-of-a-kind program. Accessing the Capitol:
*The Capitol is accessible to people with disabilities. Enter the East Wing entrance of the Capitol building via Commonwealth Avenue. There is a ramp on each side of the fountain, both of which are accessible from the street. Enter the Capitol and take the elevator to the first floor. To enter the Rotunda, go through the hallway just beyond the escalators.

Parking:
Park as close to Commonwealth Avenue as possible. All street parking requires quarters for the meters. Twenty-five cents reserves 10 minutes on each meter.
