WHAT:

Receive your red ribbon and information about World AIDS Day by joining us as the "Community Comes Together" in the fight against AIDS.

Family First Health will unveil a piece of art crafted by a local college student that depicts what a "Community Coming Together" means to them. The piece will then be dedicated to remain as a permanent display in the lobby of Family First Health's George Street Center. The unveiling will be accompanied by remarks from local representatives including:

Todd Platts (R-19), Pa. House of Representative

Eugene DePasquale (D-95), Pa. House of Representatives

Janice Kopelman, Director, Bureau of Communicable Diseases, Pa. Department of Health

Robin Bohanan, BSN, ACRN

Jennifer Englerth, Executive Director of Family First Health

Karen McCraw, Director of Social Services at Family First Health

A reception with refreshments will follow the formal program.

Learn more about Caring Together, a collaborative partnership of Family First Health, WellSpan Health and OPEN (Ordinary People, Extraordinary Needs) that provides a seamless system of coordinated high quality care for people who are HIV positive so they can easily access the services they need.
