HERSHEY PHILBIN ASSOCIATES NAMES SAMANTHA BRISBANE INTERNET MARKETING MANAGER Samantha Brisbane Internet Marketing Manager  (Camp Hill, Pa.) - Hershey Philbin Associates (HPA), a growing integrated marketing communications firm based in Camp Hill, Pa., has named Samantha Brisbane to the position of Internet Marketing Manager. In this role, Ms. Brisbane will serve as Web master; updating the HPA Web site and maintaining client newsletters, as well as targeting potential clients through the HPA newsletter and developing CapNews, a weekly publication sent to 8,000 subscribers. According to Victoria Radabaugh, the agency's Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Brisbane has acquired a variety of roles during her tenure at HPA due to her eagerness to take on projects and commitment to meeting agency and client goals.
