As a new practice in a very competitive environment, The Aesthetics Gallery needed to quickly raise awareness and create a strong positioning.

HPA developed a comprehensive communications strategy that positioned the practice as a medically credible, trustworthy and personable source for skin care services. Careful attention was given to every aspect of the campaign - from copy to photography to media - so that every detail of the communications reinforced the desired positioning.

A web site provided the foundation of the marketing and radio and print advertising were used to generate interest. Brochures were created and placed in targeted places throughout the community.

"Because of a strong strategy and targeted communications, our efforts were successful in quickly creating a patient base with over one hundred new appointments made during the launch of the campaign," stated Victoria Radabaugh, Account Executive and Senior Vice President.
