description:  World AIDS Day event and press conference Hershey Philbin Associates coordinated an event, press conference and reception on World AIDS Day to raise awareness of Caring Together, an HIV collaborative partnership between Family First Health, WellSpan and OPEN (Ordinary People, Extraordinary Needs). The event included formal remarks by Dr. John Bart of the PA Department of Health, Representative-Elect Eugene DePasquale of the PA House of Representatives and Cameron Texter, President of York City Council. The event highlight was the unveiling of an interpretative painting created by well-known York artist Ophelia Chambliss. "We are pleased to organize and publicize a significant event that generates awareness about a successful community-based program that is working to prevent the spread of HIV while caring for those among us living with the virus," Karen Gross said.
