PHN, the largest nonprofit community health center in Western Pa., hosted local, county and state officials to a grand opening celebration for its new facility. Kim Green, the Executive Director of Senator Arlen Specter's Erie district office was on hand to present PHN with an Appropriations check for $100,000. "Integrating public relations and government affairs techniques allows us to generate awareness of PHN while obtaining valuable funding for the health center whose mission is to provide accessible and affordable healthcare to the community," Karen Gross said.
