services is an integral part of the HPA
government relations department. Our staff
is trained in contract and grant writing.
We have secured federal and state funding
for a number of non-profit and local
governments to assist the underserved
populations in Pennsylvania. We help our
clients help their members, patients or
constituents by providing the necessary
funding for programs and projects.
